Welcome to Your Backyard Butler! By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Service Schedule & Changes
We reserve the right to adjust service days as needed. If changes to your scheduled service day are necessary, we will notify you in advance whenever possible.
2. Weather-Related Delays
We determine whether weather conditions are too severe for service. In cases of extreme weather, we may postpone service until conditions improve. If service is delayed to a later date, regular charges will still apply. If we must wait until your next scheduled service, you will still be charged because additional work will be required on our part.
3. Payment & Billing
Customers are billed for services on a recurring basis, as agreed upon at the time of service signup. Non-payment may result in service suspension.
4. Access & Safety
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that gates are unlocked and that pets are secured on the scheduled service day. If we are unable to access your yard, you will still be charged for the visit.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
To cancel or reschedule service, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Same-day cancellations may be subject to full charges.
6. Service Limitations
We do our best to thoroughly clean your yard; however, excessive debris, overgrown grass, or other obstructions may limit our ability to complete the service. We may only scoop waste that is clearly visible and does not require moving any objects to access (for example, we may not be able to reach all the way underneath a trampoline and we may not see every pile in an overgrown landscape).
7. Liability
We take care in performing our services, but we are not liable for damage to lawns, landscaping, or any other property unless caused by gross negligence. We are not responsible for ensuring pets remain on the property while we are working. Gates may be opened and closed numerous times throughout the service. Pet owners are responsible for ensuring no aggressive pets are around our workers during the service and understand that our workers may need to protect themselves against any threatening animals.
8. Policy Updates
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
